DESCRIPTION
The valve has the function of pressure balance to realize dynamic and static control of load. In case of tubing rupture, it can prevent oil leakage and maintain load with minimum leakage.
OPERATION
The valve allows oil to flow into the actuator and locks to prevent oil from flowing backwards. The pilot auxiliary relief valve controls the motion of the actuator when the preset pressure is reached. The overflow pressure is set to be 1.3 times less than the maximum load, but the valve opening pressure is dependent on the pilot ratio setting. This product offers a variety of pilot rate options to optimize load control and different power applications.
